When paying by paypal or creditcard, this period usually begins the day after paypal or your bank receives the payment authorization, usually the day after the order. If you pay by bank transfer, the period begins as soon as the money is received by our bank.

For most countries we use ups express, for french overseas territories we use la poste service provider, as this is the cheapest option for these regions. For special requests ordeliveries over 30 kg, you must contact our customer service.

TRACKING:

- if the estimated deliverydate of your order has passed and the tracking information has not changed, please wait one to two business days, your package is still in transit.
Packages are usually delivered on the day of the estimated delivery date or very shortly the reafter.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS:
Information about complaints and returns must be sent by e-mail to our customerservice. Returnsand complaints related to a package and its contents must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package and reported to our customer service department via email. All returns not reported to our customer service department in accordance with theabove will be returned to the sender. All returns must be returned in theoriginal packaging with no obvious damage.
